The team has seasoned seniors in all the technologies we actively use, who make the development process stable and steer it in the right directions. They lead our teams, make architectural decisions and make sure the fresh developers learn and improve their own skills, making their way to the team lead position, themselves. Still, years haven't extinguished their passion. On the contrary, they're up against bigger and tougher challenges and that's keeping them running. If you're one of them, you're welcome in our team.

The team also has intermediate level developers. They're on their way up. Some of them started as interns, some as junior developers, improving their skills thanks to the seniors' instructions. Soon, they'll be the ones teaching the rookies. If you're one of them, you're welcome in our team.

Eager to learn, even more willing to challenge all prejudices towards their inexperience, they have the toughest job. They have to learn the most and work the most in order to prove themselves.
